Bloco de osso alogênico compatível com o paciente
O maxgraft® bonebuilder oferece um bloco de osso alogênico que é individualmente ajustado ao defeito ósseo. Com o maxgraft® bonebuilder, a coleta do osso autólogo não é mais necessária para o tratamento de defeitos extensos. A morbidade do local doador, o tempo de cirurgia e os custos podem ser reduzidos significativamente. A botiss biomateriais praticamente projeta bloco de osso alogênico ajustado ao paciente, com base na tomografia computadorizada do defeito ósseo. O projeto do implante ósseo passa por uma inspeção final pelo cirurgião dentista e, após o pedido individual, é liberado para produção.

Reidratação

O processamento dos produtos maxgraft® preserva o teor de colágeno natural do tecido ósseo, deixando uma umidade residual de <10%. maxgraft® bonebuilder deve ser re-hidratado brevemente antes da fixação, criando um vácuo numa seringa descartável cheia de solução salina estéril. Se possível, misture a solução salina com o soro exsudado obtido da preparação de matrizes autólogas de fibrina rica em plaquetas (FRP). A reidratação pode ser útil especialmente para blocos de dimensões maiores para aumentar a adaptabilidade do material ao local específico do defeito.

Combinação com cerabone® o maxgraft®

O espaço vazio adicional deve ser enchido com material de enxerto em partículas (cerabone® o maxgraft®), para melhorar o resultado estético e proteger o tecido mole.

Regeneração óssea guiada

O maxgraft® bonebuilder deve ser coberto por uma membrana de colágeno reabsorvível protetora para a ROG (regeneração óssea guiada), por exemplo, Jason® membrane, para evitar o crescimento de tecido mole dentro do enxerto ósseo.

Reentrada

Dependendo do tamanho do defeito, o enxerto será incorporado de forma estável no prazo de 5-6 meses.

A Cells+Tissuebank Austria (C+TBA), parceira da botiss biomateriais, recebe um arquivo *.stl para usinagem, e o bloco de osso alogênico ajustado para o paciente é produzido em condições estéreis. O bloco de osso alogênico resultante fica pronto para instalação no defeito, precisando apenas de pequenos ajustes. Após a instalação, o bloco maxgraft® bonebuilder é fixado com parafusos. O volume do defeito residual deve ser preenchido com material de regeneração óssea, e o local do aumento deve ser coberto com uma membrana de colágeno. A forte ação capilar da rede de osso trabecular poroso tridimensional proporciona uma penetração rápida e eficiente dos fluidos, nutrientes e sangue, o que permite um excelente manuseio, bem como resultados confiáveis e previsíveis.
